Rental Information and Policy

All rates listed are weekly.

Discount of 5% off weekly rates for stays of 4 weeks or longer, listed monthly rates already discounted. Interior furnishings vary in each apartment or cottage.
Certain rates may be higher due to demand, availability and owner pricing.

NOTE: A $200.00 reservation/breakage deposit in U.S. (personal checks are accepted) is required with reservations, a $400.00 reservation/breakage deposit is required for rental stays of one month or more. Rates are based on a four-person occupancy. If condominiums and/or owners allow additional persons, the extra charge is $45.00 per person, per week.

All accommodations are subject to a sales/bed tax (11%), subject to any increase by county or
state.

CHECK-IN / OUT - Keys for any rentals are picked up and returned at our office 2100 Estero blvd.

All accounts payable in U.S. funds. NO CREDIT CARDS are accepted.

Personal checks accepted with advance reservations. Payment in full is due 40 days prior to arrival. Accommodations are professional cleaned prior to check-in, then again after you check-out. Maid service available at additional cost, paid in advance.

DEPOSIT/Cancellation charge- deposit is refundable, less administrative charge of $65.00, provided written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation of a rental stay of one month or more must be at least 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made after the time period allowed, will be subject to loss of deposit and payment of accommodation period unless we are able to replace your reservation for the full term. The reservation/breakage deposit withheld for reservation will be returned within three weeks from departure. We reserve the right to substitute comparable apartments. No RV's, boats, and/or trailers permitted in parking lots.

Sorry, NO PETS allowed in any of our accommodations.
Student Groups are NOT permitted to rent any of our properties.

Rent Vacation Property in a few Easy Steps...

1. First check on availability by either Phone to (239)-463-2999 or 1-800-741-2986 (in USA) EST
from 9am to 5pm M-F, or Saturday from 10am-2pm. or Email to: rentals@loffreno.com

Please note that our rentals are booked at one week min. and are from Saturday to Saturday
during winter season (December thru April).

Check-in time 2pm or after and is at Loffreno Real Estate, Inc. at 2100 Estero Blvd., If the office is
not open, your keys will be a white mailbox marked "Rentals" on the left side of our front deck at the office.
They will be in a marked enveloped with your names as well.
Check-out time is 10am or earlier. Keys to be returned in the same envelope to us at 2100 Estero
Blvd. If the office is not open when you return your keys, next to the front office door, you will see a small
"Key return door" to drop the keys in.

2. Calculate your rental rate total by adding the (Rental amount) PLUS- FL and local tax rate of 11%.

3. Payment schedule: Once you know you want to reserve a property call or email us, we will let
you know it is reserved for you, and held for up to 7 days from the date we reserve it until we get your
deposit. You must send a deposit of $200.00, or $400.00 for mthly stays same of following business
day. Checks to be made to "Loffreno Real Estate, Inc.

The deposit is turned into a security deposit once you arrive. It shall be refunded within approx 2 weeks
after departure provided there is no damage to the property during your stay. Payment is due within 40
days prior to arrival. That is the entire rental amount with tax. DO NOT subtract the deposit from the total
rental amount to be sent. We recommend whenever possible that any deposits/rents to be send by
overnight delivery to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your deposit/rent.

This is the type of confirmation you will receive by mail.
Note: No smoking allowed - No Pets - Occupancy is limited based on each individual
accommodation you are reserving. We do not rent to Student groups.

5. Within 7-14 days of receiving your deposit, we will mail you back a copy of the rental
confirmation/booking. This will be the only rental confirmation that will be sent to you.
Please note your booking is secured once you get the completed confirmation back from us.
