select and accommodations for up to one week at one of our

The
terms and conditions are as follows:
Buyer
shall make all arrangements for their flights, including its payment.
Loffreno Real Estate, Inc. will give you accommodations at one of
our
selected vacation rental properties on Ft. Myers Beach for your stay up
to one week stay. Buyer to pay for these accommodations in
advance. Upon
closing of a purchase with Loffreno Real Estate, Inc. we will credit you
back payment of your accommodations, airfare ticket,
and island boat tour with
a total amount not to exceed $1,500.00
The
breakdown as follows:
Airfare credit not to exceed $500.00 total, pleasure boat
island tour not to exceed $200 total, and accommodations credit not to
exceed
$800.00 total. This offer is valid from May 1st to Dec
1st , 2008, subject to acceptance in writing by both parties.
This offer may be subject to
cancellation at anytime without
notice, with the exception of prior to signed acceptance form by buyer
